Join me in this hybrid group coaching format for a balance of self-reflection exercises and virtual group coaching sessions.
We will grow and learn from each other as we explore different topics that affect our mental and physical wellbeing, leading to problems with our overall health.
Enrollment includes access to online materials.

By engaging in regular yoga practice, you can become more aware and connected to their bodies and minds. Yoga helps to promote self-awareness, which can lead to feelings of inner strength, peace, and harmony.
I offer in-person outdoor yoga classes (May through October) locally in Wautoma, Wisconsin.
I also offer a virtual membership that includes hundreds of classes that you can take on your own time.
